From March 2020 to February 2024 I headed up Music Partherships at Spotify UK & Ireland, overseeing strategic partnerships and global market-leading campaigns across digital, social, out of home, podcasts and live events.

My team’s focus was delivering global, integrated campaigns for a roster of key artists and partners to ensure Spotify’s position as the #1 creative partner to the music industry for artist development and monetisation.

I was recognised for cultivating strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships with key industry stakeholders, including artists, managers, labels, and industry organisations. Successfully empowering partners by providing revenue opportunities, insights, and guidance to achieve their goals and build audiences on and off platform.
